Hard to even walk

Hey there – Maybe I jumped the gun with joining but I can’t even complete the intervals asked on the assessments for up and running. It was really hard to realize that – So where do I start?

Which program should I do next?

I am finishing the up and running program this week and I was wondering which program I should do next. Ultimately I would like to run a half marathon, but is the natural progression of the training to start with the 5k program and work up from there? Thanks for the help!
